A new law in California, which is a sanctuary state, has been initiated by Governor Gavin Newsom, and it enables individuals who recently crossed the border to act as law enforcement officers with local, county, and state agencies.

In the previous year, Governor Newsom signed a bill, S.B. 960, which eliminated the residency requirements for law enforcement officers in California, and only mandates that they possess a work permit to be employed in the United States, instead of being an American citizen or a green card holder who has applied for naturalization.

The new California law (read below), which went into force this month, states:

Existing law establishes the Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training within the Department of Justice to perform various functions involving the training of peace officers. Existing law requires peace officers in this state to meet specified minimum standards, including, among other requirements, being at least 18 years of age, being of good moral character, as determined by a thorough background investigation, and being either a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident who is eligible for and has applied for citizenship, except as prescribed. [Emphasis added]

This bill would provide that those standards shall be interpreted and applied consistent with federal law and regulations, as specified. The bill would remove the provision that requires peace officers to either be a citizen of the United States or be a permanent resident who is eligible for and has applied for citizenship, and would instead require peace officers be legally authorized to work in the United States, and make conforming changes. [Emphasis added]

The recent law passed by Governor Gavin Newsom enables people who recently crossed the border, and were granted work permits by the Biden administration to be employed as law enforcement officers in California.

Between the months of February 2021 to October 2022, the Department of Homeland Security under President Joe Biden, has permitted the entry of around 1.4 million individuals who crossed the border illegally and into the United States, with the majority of them being granted work permits that allow them to stay in the country as they await their immigration proceedings.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed a law allowing human bodies to be turned into garden soil. The sale of this “soil” or the use of it to grow food for human consumption are not prohibited by the law.

Recently, President Biden announced a proposal that would expand the Catch and Release program at the U.S.-Mexico border, which would allow 360,000 more individuals who crossed the border illegally to enter the United States by applying for parole.

  1. This is what opens up the UN intrusion into our country. If any major problems come up Newsom just picks up the phone and request assistance with an up rising. The UN steps in since Biden if not already will sign the agreement to have the UN troops come in and handle any problems. When they institute the world wide mandate for jabs.
