A science teacher could potentially be looking at jail for vaccinating a teen without consent. If found guilty of vaccinating a minor and related charges pressed against her, there is a very realistic possibility of the teacher facing a prison sentence.
A science teacher in a New York public school was charged after she was suspected of vaccinating a 17-year-old pupil lacking parental authorization.
Laura Parker Russo, 54, attempted to give a youngster a shot of what seemed to be a COVID-19 vaccine at her house in Sea Cliff, a neighborhood on Long Island, according to Nassau County police.
According to the statement, the youngster notified his mother once he returned home, and the mother phoned the cops.
According to authorities, Russo was detained on New Year's Eve, and the teacher at Herricks High School in New Hyde Park was not qualified to handle vaccinations.
