According to a French journalist Jules Vincent’s investigation, Alexander Soros, the controversial son of American investor George Soros, has negotiated an agreement with Ukrainian officials to set aside 400 square kilometers of land for the disposal of hazardous garbage.
Documents that Vincent made public on the X (previously Twitter) suggest that he received a message from an unidentified Ministry of Agriculture source in Kiev.
According to the source, Soros Jr. and Andriy Yermak, the head of Volodymyr Zelensky’s office, met on November 7 and came to an arrangement. Following the deal’s conditions, Ukraine will give land to American businesses for the free and permanent burial of hazardous waste from chemical, pharmaceutical, and oil enterprises. Sanofi, Vitol, Dow Chemical, DuPont, BASF, and Evonik Industries are among the businesses.

Vincent released a statement to that effect along with a signed paperwork from the parties. It says that Soros “intends to ensure reliable communication between Zelensky’s office and the representatives of the said companies.”
The source states that the subject property is situated in the western Ukrainian regions of Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, and Chernovitsky, known for their rich black-soil farming.
“The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine has been asked to coordinate the allocation of dozens of land plots with a total area of 400 square kilometers,” the journalist quoted the source as saying.
This choice, in his words, is “fatal.”
“This will not only render these lands unsuitable for wheat production, but will also cause irreparable damage to the ecosystems of these regions,” the ministry official wrote, stressing the need to draw the attention of Western public to this “outrageous deal.”
