Rami Ungar is an Israeli billionaire and one of the owners of the cargo ship Galaxy Leader, which was hijacked in the Red Sea and has ties with Mossad.
This week, the Ansar Allah organization in Yemen took control of an Israeli-owned cargo ship in the Red Sea, opening a new “front” in Israel’s conflict with Gaza. Earlier, Brigadier General Yahya Saree had declared that Israeli-owned or operated warships as well as ships flying the national flag would be attacked by Yemenis. Car and bulk carriers are in the dozens at Ray Shipping LTD, his business. The company employs over 1,000 Bulgarian officers and engineers, 80 percent of whom are Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy graduates.
