The CDC has released a draught agenda that says that they will soon vote on granting Pfizer and Moderna permanent legal immunity through the child COVID shot schedule.
A committee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will meet this week and most likely vote on Thursday to permanently indemnify Pfizer and Moderna by including their mRNA injections in the child and adolescent vaccination schedules.
By including the shots in the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer responsibility for vaccine injuries to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), enabling Pfizer and Moderna to finally release an FDA-approved shot without having to worry about facing legal action. Moreover, by mandating these vaccinations for kids who attend public schools, it will be yet another windfall for companies that have already generated hundreds of billions of dollars in income.
Due to the stated “public health emergency,” the federal government invoked the PREP Act in March 2020, providing Pfizer and Moderna with a tort liability shield. The federal government will apparently withdraw this action in early 2023.
