Three billionaires make up the list of the wealthiest politicians in the United States, the most well-known of whom is none other than former President Donald Trump.

The Trump Organisation, which has holdings in real estate, lodging, gaming, and media, is intimately linked to his fortune. But by most accounts, Trump is not the richest politician in the United States.

According to Bloomberg, Italy has officially exited China’s Silk Road Initiative, which, according to Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, is because BRI has not produced the desired effects.

Illinois Governor Jay Robert Pritzker is at the top. He is a member of the affluent Pritzker family, which owns Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, and has long been a financial backer of the Democratic Party.

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum rounds out the list of billionaires. Burgum formed many investment businesses after selling Great Plains Software, a provider of accounting software, to Microsoft in 2001 for a $1.1 billion price.

Republican Representative Darrell Issa of California is the wealthiest member of Congress currently in office. Issa co-founded Directed Electronics in 1982 and held the position of CEO. It is among the biggest producers of convenience and security devices for automobiles in the US aftermarket.

Representative Michael McCaul of Texas is ranked last on the list. The Republican headed the Joint Terrorism Task Force and was the U.S. Attorney’s office’s Chief of Counterterrorism and National Security before being elected to Congress in 2005.
