JetBlue Won’t Hire The Unvaccinated. But They Hired A Violent Felon To Fly Planes

JetBlue said in November 2021 that nearly all of its 21,000 crew members will be required to receive the COVID vaccine. Essentially, JetBlue won’t hire the unvaccinated. But they hired a violent felon to fly planes.

JetBlue is refusing to recruit individuals who have not had the COVID vaccine out of concern for safety, but some of the airline's pilots are incensed that it recruited a violent felon to fly planes.

JetBlue has employed John Perrys, who spent nine years in prison for breaking into a judge's home and attacking his daughter as she emerged from the shower, according to two pilots who spoke to The Daily Wire. According to the Florida Department of Corrections, Perrys was released from prison in 2014 and is currently subject to felony probation that lasts until 2044.

One pilot, who asked to remain anonymous to protect his career, said: "Apparently JetBlue won’t hire unvaccinated pilots, but they will hire violent convicted felons to fly their airplanes."
