Hunter Biden Sues Former Trump WH Aide Who Published Laptop Contents

According to a document filed on Wednesday night, Hunter Biden sued former Trump WH Aide Garrett Ziegler, who published laptop contents.

Hunter Biden is suing a former Trump White House official for publicizing the information on his infamous “laptop from hell,” which includes numerous pieces of evidence against the Biden family as well as personal photographs, emails, and text conversations between the first son and his friends.

Yes, the same laptop that 51 former intelligence officials claimed had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” and that Antony Blinken, a top Biden campaign official at the time, played a “central role” in discrediting after the New York Post reported that Hunter Biden used his father’s position as then-VP for personal gain, had been used by his father to exploit the position.

According to a document filed on Wednesday night, Garrett Ziegler, the owner of the website Marco Polo, is being sued by Hunter Biden’s legal team.

The 13-page lawsuit alleges that Ziegler and others violated federal and California privacy laws by “accessing, tampering with, manipulating, altering, copying and damaging computer data” gathered from Hunter Biden’s purported laptop and iPhone cloud storage without consent.

The lawsuit details how Ziegler and unnamed defendants allegedly obtained sensitive materials by hacking into encrypted data on Hunter Biden’s devices and uploading them to Ziegler’s website, where it remains public. In the lawsuit, Hunter Biden’s lawyers assert that the defendants had refused requests to “cease their unlawful activity” and return private data belonging to the president’s son. –CBS News

Ziegler responded by telling CBS News: “I nor the nonprofit, Marco Polo, have been served with a lawsuit — but the one I read this morning out of the Central District of California should embarrass Winston & Strawn LLP. It’s not worth the paper it’s written on,” adding “Apart from the numerous state and federal laws and regulations which protect authors like me and the publishing that Marco Polo does, it’s not lost on us that Joe’s son filed this SLAPP one day after a so-called Impeachment Inquiry into his father was announced. The president’s son is a disgrace to our great nation.”

Hunter Biden sued John Paul Mac Issac, a computer repairman in Delaware, earlier this year after Hunter abandoned his now-famous laptop with him; the laptop’s contents have been discussed in numerous Congressional hearings.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy has ordered an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden as House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations about President Biden’s conduct.

Hunter Biden visited Mac Isaac’s business in Wilmington, Delaware, in April 2019, as he remembered to the New York Post last year.

“I’m glad you’re still open,” Hunter Biden allegedly told him. “I just came from the cigar bar, and they told me about your shop, but I had to hurry because you close at seven.”

“I need the data recovered off these, but they all have liquid damage and won’t turn on,” Mac Isaac recalled him saying.

Mac Issac insists that he legally took the data from Hunter’s laptop and that Biden himself left it behind in April 2019 without ever coming back to claim it. In reality, he claims to have entered the FBI office in Albuquerque and explained his situation there, but the FBI turned him away. Basically, he was instructed to get lost. Mid-September 2019 was at hand.

After two months, John Paul Mac Issac received an unexpected call from the FBI. Joshua Williams and Mike Dzielak, two FBI agents from the Wilmington branch, arrived at John Paul’s place of business. He made the instant offer to give them the hard disk for free. Williams and Dzielak both objected to taking the object.

  1. To quote a previous court ruling: He has “NO STANDING”. Having abandoned it at the repair shop and after numerous calls to come and collect it, Hunter chose to ignore all notifications thereby he abandoned it.
    In essence, TOUGH CRAP!
