The LA County Superior Court received a petition from Elon Musk’s transgender daughter in April seeking a name change to disassociate herself from him.
Apparently, Elon Musk’s own daughter is changing her name to distance herself from her father, one of the wealthiest men in the world and the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX.
Transgender Musk’s daughter requested a name change on her own behalf because, in her words, “I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form.”
According to Reuters, the LA County Superior Court received a petition for a name change and new birth certificate requesting a change in gender identity.
The petition was filed back in April, but only now has it been made public by several news outlets.
It shows that his daughter, Xavier Alexander Musk, has requested that her gender be changed from male to female. Additionally, it asks for her name to be changed. According to material originally made public by PlainSite, her new requested name was redacted from the court records.
There hasn’t been any new information on the disagreement between Musk and his daughter, according to Reuters.

It is just so fashionable to hate one’s wealthy parents these days. The quintessential poor little rich child blooms into the stinking carrion flower just to show the world that they are not accepting the fact that they were borne to a life of luxury. The truth is that they were borne to that life. They had plenty to eat and drink and a decent home. For this they should feel endless guilt. Some carry this guilt to the point of complete denial of the very family that loved and protected them. IDC what your preferences are…really just keep it to yourself, but a bit of gratitude would be nice. I hope Elon honors this persons wishes and completely cuts off any future financial help.
