A startling story claims that Elon Musk’s SpaceX paid $250,000 to one of the company’s corporate flight attendants who accused the tech tycoon of exposing himself to her and soliciting her for sex. Elon Musk described the story as a ‘politically motivated hit piece.’ Here’s all that has transpired regarding Elon Musk’s sex scandal.

According to reports, the woman claimed the billionaire stroked her leg and promised her presents in return for an erotic massage.

According to Business Insider, she claims the 50-year-old made a move on her during a massage on a flight to London in 2016.

When she informed SpaceX about the incident, she was reportedly compensated $250,000 as part of a severance deal.

Musk, the world’s richest man, countered in a message to the journal, claiming that there is ‘a lot more to this story’ than what he dubbed a “politically motivated hit piece.”

‘I’m not going to comment on any settlement agreements,’ stated SpaceX VP of Legal Christopher Cardaci.

In late 2016, a friend of the lady said the flight attendant told her Musk had demanded she conduct a “full body massage” in his room.

SpaceX provides in-house massages as a perk for executives, and the flight attendant’s superiors, according to the declaration, urged her to take massage training.

Musk was reportedly discovered ‘completely naked except for a sheet covering the lower half of his body’ when she arrived.

Musk ‘exposed his genitals’ and touched the flight attendant, according to the friend’s declaration.

He then allegedly ‘offered to buy her a horse’ if she would ‘do more,’ which she believed to imply performing sex acts, according to the declaration.

According to an insider, the flight attendant enjoys horseback riding.

According to a buddy, the attendant rejected Musk’s proposal but resumed the massage. But then, according to the companion, ‘he whipped out his penis.’

‘It was erect,’ they added.

‘And he started propositioning her, like he touched her thigh and told her he would buy her a horse. And he basically tried to bribe her to perform some sort of sexual favor.’

When they got together immediately after the flight, the friend reported the flight attendant was “really upset” and visibly scared.

She went on to say that while the flight attendant looked up to Musk before the incident, she found it increasingly challenging to get job subsequently and was “full of anxiety.”

‘She figured things could just go back to normal and she would pretend like nothing happened,’ the friend said. ‘However, she started to feel as if she was receiving some sort of retaliation where her shifts were cut back, and she was starting to feel really stressed.’

According to the affidavit, she felt “pushed out and punished” for declining to prostitute herself.

In 2018, the attendant engaged an employment attorney to lodge the complaint, and her friend was called to verify the charges.

Musk attended a meeting with a mediator and the attendant in the hopes of speedily resolving the problem.

Musk, SpaceX, and the attendant consented to a $250k severance compensation in November 2018, before going to court. The flight attendant was instructed not to sue.

Non-disclosure and non-disparagement provisions were included in the deal, banning the flight attendant from ever disclosing any information about the settlement or Musk’s firm.

Those types of contracts were later outlawed in California, only months after Musk’s settlement.

As a survivor of sexual assault, the flight attendant’s friend believes she is not bound by any contracts and felt an ‘obligation’ to relay the experience.

‘I absolutely felt a responsibility to come forward with it, especially now,’ she said. ‘He is the richest man in the world. Someone with that level of power causing that kind of harm and then throwing some money at the situation, that’s not accountability.

‘There are predators all over the world. But when someone is particularly wealthy and powerful, they literally have systems that are like a machine working for them, to set them up to be able to do whatever they want.’

‘When you choose to remain silent, yeah, you do become a part of that system,’ she added.

‘You do become a part of that machine that allows someone like Elon Musk to continue to do the horrible things that he’s done.’

It is unclear whether the friend interacted with the flight attendant before the story was publicized.

‘If there were a way for [her] to come forward without putting herself at risk, without jeopardizing her life in any way, I believe she would,’ the friend said. ‘I hope she feels like I did the right thing. I hope she feels I said the things that she didn’t feel safe enough to say.’

When asked about the matter, Musk stated that this is the first such complaint of sexual misbehavior brought against him.

He said: ‘If I were inclined to engage in sexual harassment, this is unlikely to be the first time in my entire 30-year career that it comes to light.’

He went on to say that there is ‘a lot more to this story’, which he described as a ‘politically motivated hit piece.’

Both SpaceX and Tesla have been accused of sexual harassment and have been sued.

The friend expressed her hope that anyone else who has been wronged by Musk will step forward.

These allegations come at a time when Musk has dominated the news cycle like never before.

He is in the midst of a rocky takeover of Twitter, which Musk has frequently stated was ‘on hold’ over the previous week due to concerns that the network was understating the number of bots.

On Thursday, though, executives at the social media behemoth assured that the arrangement was still in place.

When asked why he wished to purchase Twitter, the South African billionaire stated he wanted to support free expression and ‘clean up’ the platform by removing spam and bots. The $44 billion transaction was then put on hold unless Twitter could verify that less than 5% of its users were false or spam accounts, which he did on Friday.

‘This is a big deal,’ he remarked at a podcast summit on Monday.

‘It seems like if you said, ‘Okay, I agree to buy your house.’ You say the house has less than 5 percent termites. That’s an acceptable number. But if it turns out it is 90 percent termites, that’s not okay. It’s not the same house.’

Musk is still adamant that Twitter’s management is lying to him about the amount of bots, and on Thursday he posted a meme of an astronaut named “Elon” peering into the void and saying, “Wait, it is all bots?”

Another astronaut, dubbed ‘Twitter Board,’ answers with a gun to his head, ‘Always has been.’

Musk responded with a poop emoji after CEO Parag Agrawal tweeted a detailed explanation of the 5% number he was given, which was mentioned in corporate documentation before Musk made his offer.

Musk also made news this week after declaring that, after voting ‘overwhelmingly’ for the Democratic Party for years, he will swap political affiliations and vote for the Republican Party in the next election.

The world’s wealthiest person, who was born in South Africa but now lives in the United States, is an independent voter who characterizes himself as a moderate.

However, in recent years – notably when addressing his Twitter takeover in public – the Tesla and SpaceX CEO has demonstrated a shift to the political right.

Musk announced his vote change while talking via video link at a tech gathering held by the All-In podcast in Miami, Florida on Monday.

‘The reality is that Twitter at this point, you know, has a very far left bias,’ Musk told attendees. ‘I would classify myself as a moderate, neither Republican nor Democrat.

‘I have voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, historically. Like I’m not sure, I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear,’ Musk continued, adding: ‘Now this election I will.’
