A 24-year-old male student was verified as the recent casualty of vaccine-induced myocarditis by a New York county coroner. According to one lawyer, the Watts household has the right to sue the state and Pfizer for their tragedy.
“Cause of death is the COVID-19 vaccine-related myocarditis,” Timothy Cahill, Bradford County’s chief deputy coroner, reported RochesterFirst.com. The news source did not include a link to George Watts Jr.’s autopsy report, which was released lately. Watts died on October 27, 2021.
All college students in New York are required to receive abortion-tainted vaccinations. Watts, a Corning Community College student, picked the Pfizer jab in September and October since the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had approved it completely. He then received his second dose in mid-September, where he experienced flu-like symptoms that did not resolve.”
A later trip to the emergency room revealed no heart problems. “George Jr. collapsed in his room on October 27 and was pronounced dead later that morning. His dad described him as healthy, saying he had no underlying medical conditions,” Rochester First reported.
Health care attorney says parents have recourse to sue
According to one lawyer, the Watts household has the right to sue the state and Pfizer for their tragedy.
“There can and should be liability,” Ohio-based attorney Thomas Renz said. “I would strongly suggest that there would be liability for this, and I would say that given the fact there is absolute danger of that knowledge and they force him to do that anyways, there should be liability given to Pfizer.”
He pointed out that Pfizer is aware of issues with its vaccines, and that the firm is fighting attempts by the Food and Drug Administration to reveal the entire safety data for their shots.
He believes Pfizer’s immunity from lawsuits should really be lifted.
Renz said it’s “complicated” to determine whether the state of New York may be prosecuted, but there’s a case to be made for a civil rights violation. “There could be a very good chance,” Renz said. “I would argue that there is a very well-established fundamental right for bodily autonomy.”
“That fundamental right is being violated” when someone is forced to take the vaccine,” Renz said.
Renz has defended employees who were dismissed for refusing to be vaccinated. He likewise defends a computer programmer who claims the federal government underreports deaths linked to the COVID-19 vaccination, an allegation denied by the Department of Health and Human Services.
COVID jabs have a history of causing serious heart problems
Myocarditis has been linked to COVID injections in the past.
