Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen has appealed for the mRNA covid vaccine to be discontinued as he alleged that a report associating cardiac issues with the mRNA Covid vaccine has been concealed by a senior cardiologist who has “a leadership role with the British Heart Foundation”. The North West Leicestershire MP used an end-of-day adjournment discussion to make his assertions on the House of Commons floor that vaccine concerns are being concealed due to financial ties with “Big Pharma”. The nonprofit has refuted the allegations, reports Express.co.uk.
He quoted former British Medical Journal editor Richard Smith as saying: “Research misconduct is rife and not effectively been tackled. Something is rotten in British medicine and it has been for a long time.”
The MP then moved on to his main point, that a report linking artery inflammation and the vaccine had been purposefully concealed.
He said: “It has been brought to my attention by a whistleblower from a very reliable source that one of these institutions is covering up clear data that reveals that the mRNA vaccine increased inflammation of the heart arteries.
“They are covering this up in fear that they may lose funding from the pharmaceutical industry.
“The leader of that cardiology research department has a prominent leadership role with the British Heart Foundation and I am very disappointed to say that he has sent out non-disclosure agreements to his research team to ensure that this important data never sees the light of day.
“This is an absolute disgrace. Systemic failure in an over-medicated population also contributes to huge waste of British taxpayers’ money and is an increasing strain on the NHS.”

He also expressed alarm about the fact that the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) receives 86% of its funding from the pharmaceutical sector and that so-called “Big Pharma” also funds the majority of research departments.
He said: “In effect we have the poacher paying the gamekeeper.”
He was however particularly concerned that the vaccines are having minimal effect while constituting a health danger, and he pointed out that there had been 14,000 more cardiac arrests in 2021 than in 2020 since the vaccine deployment.
In addition, he mentioned studies that revealed a 25% rise in heart attack and cardiac arrest calls among 16 to 39-year-olds in Israel following the first and second doses of the vaccine, independent of Covid infection.
Mr Bridgen accused the administration of “wilful blindness” to “protect their reputations”.
He promised to provide “cold hard facts” saying that since the vaccine’s launch, there have been “almost half a million yellow card reports” of harmful effects on the population.
He called it “unprecedented” noting that the swine flu vaccine was discontinued in 1976 after causing Guillain-Barre syndrome in 1 in 100,000 adults, and the rotavirus vaccine was withdrawn in 1999 after causing intestinal obstruction in 1 in 10,000 children.
Mr Bridgen can raise his accusation as an MP without fear of legal repercussions since he is shielded by Parliamentary privilege.
In response, Health Minister Maria Caulfield stated that he was “entitled to his view” but refuted the charges.
The former nurse who was stationed in wards during the pandemic expressed her disagreement, “not only in the content of his speech but the way in which he derided doctors, scientists, nurses, many of us who worked through the pandemic and saw first hand the devastation that covid caused.
“There is no doubt in my mind that despite the PPE, the vetting and the social distancing the thing that made the biggest difference in combatting Covid was the introduction of the vaccine.
“Vaccines have underpinned our strategy of living with Covid.
“They have saved thousands of lives and allowed the economies to reopen not just in this country but in countries around the globe.”
She added: “It is important to put on the record that the Covid vaccine is safe and we have some of the highest safety standards in the world.”
A spokeswoman for the British Heart Foundation said: “The British Heart Foundation has no knowledge of these allegations. As a leading medical research charity we uphold the highest scientific standards in all the research that we fund.”

The United Kingdom was the first country in the world to introduce Covid vaccinations, with the entire population receiving their first dose within eight months.
It meant that the UK was able to lift lockdown limitations much faster than many other countries.
China, which has yet to immunize its whole population, continues to impose severe Covid controls on its citizens.
