When the DOJ conducted a raid at the home of the former president Trump, they made a big fuss about classified and non-classified papers being mixed together. Now, classified documents have been found at president Biden's think tank.
According to CBS News, which cited two sources familiar with an investigation led by Attorney General Merrick Garland, classified records from Joe Biden's time serving as vice president were unearthed in early November at the Penn Biden Center in Washington.
The US Attorney in Chicago will handle the inquiry into the approximately ten documents, according to the sources.
The classified material was identified by personal attorneys for Mr. Biden on Nov. 2, the day before the midterm elections, Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president confirmed.
