Is China Building DNA Targeting Biological Weapons Of Mass Destruction?

Why is it that one of the US DNA-processing firms is set out to share American DNA with the Chinese? The truth is astonishing. Is China building DNA targeting biological weapons of mass destruction?

If you’ve been tested for COVID-19, its extremely likely that the people over at the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) are in possession of your DNA.

Should that prove to be the case, they may know more about your health and DNA risk than you do. The implications of this, are at the very least, alarming.

Fulgent Genetics, a national DNA sequencing and disease testing firm, has a contract to conduct the Covid-19 test. According to the company’s website, their mission statement is as follows: “developing flexible and affordable genetic testing that improves the everyday lives of those around us.”

Apparently we have to believe that Fulgent Genetics is here to make all of our lives better.

Deep Ties to China

On November 29th, the Los Angeles County Sheriff posted a letter addressed to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. The letter declared that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department would not participate in Fulgent Genetics’ COVID-19 testing.

The letter went onto describe that the Federal Bureau of Investigations’ (FBI) Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate had warned Sheriff Alex Villanueva’s office of the potential risk regarding the DNA samples. It claimed that the samples from the COVID-19 tests that were set to be provided by Fulgent Genetics, would “likely be shared with the Republic of China.”

Villanueva also said at a press briefing that “Fulgent had strong ties with BGI, WuXP, and Huawei Technology, all of which are linked to the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the People’s Republic of China State Council and are under the control of the PRC.”

BGI Group, the world’s largest genomics company which provided COVID-19 tests worldwide including India, has been exposed as a front for the Chinese military. According to Bill Evanina, America’s top counterintelligence officer, Chinese military is trying to collect DNA samples from foreign nations using BGI Group as a front, for use in their Bioweapons program.

Earlier investigation by GreatGameIndia has uncovered the Deep State collaborations between American and Chinese biotechs at the forefront of Coronavirus vaccine development – marketed worldwide by an entity funded by Bill Gates and Clinton initiative called UNITAID.

Many questions pop into mind. Who or what is Fulgent Genetics Corporation?

What is the motive behind an American company providing DNA samples to China?

Why does China need our DNA samples?

What’s the purpose?

How many DNA samples do they have already in possession?

And more importantly, how does our DNA affect the FBI’s concerns about Chinese weapons of mass destruction (WMD)?

The answers to these questions and several others on the worst case dystopian scenarios are addressed below. However, we might as well go through the background of Fulgent Genetics first.

Who Is Fulgent Genetics?

The year 2011 saw the establishment of the firm with Ming Hsieh as it’s chairman of the board of directors, president, and chief executive officer, and with James Xie as it’s chief operating officer. Hsieh has been a member of the Board of Trustees at Fudan University in China since 2011. Xie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Chongqing University, China in 1987. It’s no surprise that they both have strong ties to the Chinese leadership.

And we see that Fulgent shares American DNA from coast to coast with China. According to Villanueva, this is not the only PLA proxy company involved in collecting genetic materials.

This is the point were things take a turn towards the dark in the domain of mass destruction. China wants to build biological weapons of mass destruction that is capable of targeting your DNA.

New Dark Era of Biowarfare

By no means is biowarfare a new innovation; it has seen use throughout periods of history. The 4th century B.C. saw Scythian archers infect their arrows by dipping them in carcasses. In the 14th century, the Tartars threw plague-infected corpses into enemy lines during the siege of Kaffa. And during World War II, Imperial Japanese forces bombarded Chinese cities with plague-infested fleas.

However, the “old school” biological warfare is comparable to child’s play versus new DNA-based biological weapons that use artificial intelligence (AI) and genomics. We are stepping into what could prove to be a very dangerous era.

Biowarfare, DNA Manipulation & Artificial Intelligence

Just as AI and genomics have made control of DNA possible so that the human body can fight off all kinds of infections, these technologies can also be used to create specialized pathogens that only affect specific individuals. DNA-specific weapons are able to target any race, gender, and even families or individuals with unique DNA patterns.

This is no longer merely a possibility – it’s a probability if it has already not become a realty. Plus, there’s no blowback, at least in theory, because DNA-specific biological weapons can only harm humans with specified DNA. China’s access to our DNA is without a doubt a national security issue.

According to US intelligence China has conducted human testing on members of the People’s Liberation Army in hope of developing soldiers with biologically enhanced capabilities. All these Chinese moves are meant to obtain “biological dominance by creating a new Master Race.

Death Race 2035

Some estimates suggest that the winner of the biological weapons competition is set to be determined in 2035. It could even be faster. The United States and China are level in the race to develop highly effective, targetable, and lethal biological weapons. Both countries have invested heavily in AI and genomics. Everyone wants to be a leader in the development of DNA-based super biological weapons.

As with all arm races, whichever country is able to make advancements towards launching a biological attack without fear of side effects would ultimately be in a position of power. This is certainly not a happy picture, but it is undeniably the reality.

However, the ability to launch a deadly and targeted biological attacks or WMDs is not enough. The survival of a nation also depends on its ability to protect it. For instance, just as the nuclear retaliation ability (second strike capability) is supposed to discourage a first strike, a country’s potential for retaliation for biological warfare is crucial in preventing these attacks.

Unfortunately, AI and genomics make it easy to create thousands of genetically-modified lethal pathogens. Alternatively, it is impossible currently to immunize entire populations or even the minority against a thousand newly developed pathogens.

Biowarfare Technology Goes Viral

As expected, the rapid expansion of data itself is problematic. The internet has made it so that containing most secrets is next to impossible. If the technology were available, it would be accessible to criminals at a reasonable cost. Or, in the case of the PLA and the scientific community in China, it will inevitably be constructed and deployed in full, if the current experience with the coronavirus is anything to go by.

This fact bodes ill for the world. If Fulgent and others help China (or any other company) develop targeted DNA pathogens, there will be no easy and no adequate response to such a threat. But the seizure of all materials, data and assets and the prosecution of such companies will become a good initial point.
