In his opening remarks to EU Ambassadors this week, Vice President of the European Commission Josep Borrell declares, "This is a perfect storm."
Having previously warned The Fed that it is "bringing us to a world recession," Borrell went far further in a very candid and straightforward statement.
He started by stressing that "the world we are facing is a world of radical uncertainty."
