A federal whistleblower has come forward with shocking news: there are five teams planning to assassinate Donald Trump. This claim has raised serious concerns about the safety of the former president, especially after a second assassination attempt occurred recently.

The Background

Rep. Matt Gaetz from Florida revealed this startling information during an interview on a TV show called “Human Events Daily.” He explained that just before the latest attempt on Trump’s life, he met with a whistleblower from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This person claimed that U.S. officials, including the Secret Service, were aware of these assassination teams before the attempt happened.

What the Whistleblower Said

According to the whistleblower, three of the teams targeting Trump are inspired by foreign governments, while two are based in the U.S. Gaetz emphasized the seriousness of this situation, saying, “This isn’t just a threat to Trump, but to the future of our country.”

He expressed deep concern about the protection being provided to Trump, especially given the recent assassination attempts. In July, one such attempt even resulted in injuries to Trump and the death of an audience member at an event.

A Call for More Security

Gaetz said the whistleblower approached him out of concern for Trump’s safety, stating that the security around the former president wasn’t adequate. He pointed out that while some security teams were pulled away from Trump’s protection to focus on other figures, like Jill Biden, the threats to Trump were much higher.

“This raises serious questions,” Gaetz noted, asking why the security for Trump was reduced when there were known threats against him.

A Growing Danger

The most recent would-be assassin, identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, was caught before he could harm Trump while the former president was at his golf course in West Palm Beach. It’s still unclear if Routh is one of the assassins mentioned by federal officials.

As these alarming revelations unfold, the question remains: How many more threats will arise against Trump, and can the government ensure his safety? The whistleblower’s claims highlight a troubling reality that the nation must face.
