Their rampage struck a synagogue and an Orthodox church, resulting in a devastating toll. Among the casualties was an Orthodox priest brutally slain during the assault, almost 15 policemen and 4 civilians.

Some of the attackers managed to escape after the incident. According to RT, they fled in a white Volkswagen Polo, and the police are now searching for them.

In Derbent, the attackers forcefully entered an Orthodox church and tragically killed a priest by cutting his throat, as reported by Shamil Khadulaev, who heads a local committee overseeing human rights in prisons. Other officials in the region have not yet confirmed this information.

Meanwhile, reports suggest the synagogue was set on fire during the attack. Videos and photos circulating on social media seem to show the building consumed by flames, adding to the shock and horror of the events.

Authorities, reeling from the sudden violence, swiftly launched investigations and manhunts to apprehend the perpetrators. Initial indications point towards a potential terrorist motive, reminiscent of previous attacks linked to groups like ISIS. The assailants reportedly fled in a white Volkswagen Polo, intensifying the hunt as law enforcement races against time to prevent further harm.

NATO Involvement Suspected

Recent events in Russia have sparked intense controversy and accusations. Two significant incidents stand out: an alleged Ukrainian missile attack on Sevastopol using US-supplied weapons, and a terrorist strike in Dagestan suspected to have Western involvement. These incidents are seen as direct assaults on Russia by US, NATO, and European entities supporting Ukraine.

Scott Ritter, a former Marine intelligence officer has condemned these actions as terrorism aimed at Russian civilians, attributing them to a broader strategy dating back to earlier conflicts. The situation raises fears of escalating tensions and the potential for severe consequences, urging caution to avoid catastrophic outcomes like nuclear conflict.

This is a direct attack on Russia by the United States, by NATO, and by non-NATO European entities. All of the parties that have made a decision in the last several days and weeks to expand the scope and scale of their participation in the Ukrainian-Russian conflict. Now, some people are saying that the Ukrainians deliberately separately attacked a beach in Suboxone. The evidence shows that this most likely is not the case, that five attack missiles were fired, four were shot down, a fifth one being shot down, dispersed, either cluster bombs or fragments from the destroyed missile onto the beach, killing a number of Russians, wounding many others.

Given that the attack of this missile cannot be deployed by the Ukrainians without extensive intelligence support by the United States, this is an act of terrorism by the United States against Russia. The same can be said about the attacks in Afghanistan. These are deliberately designed to disrupt the civil life of the Russian Federation. It’s also designed to engineer a split between the Muslim and non-Muslim segments of Russian society. This is a tactic that goes back to the first Chechnya war and the second Chechnya war, where the CIA and other European intelligence agencies sought to split Chechnya away from the Russian Federation. That effort failed, and the effort in Dagestan will fail, too.

Now, the question is, what will Russia do? Historically speaking, the Russian Federation has shown an ability to absorb provocations of this nature and remain focused on the task at hand, which, of course, is achieving the goals of the Special Military operation, the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. But at some point in time, there will have to be a response. And what is an appropriate response? That’s up for the Russian Federation to decide, but let there be no doubt that if and when the time comes for the Russian Federation to respond to all of those responsible for this horrific series of attacks, that the perpetrators held to account will not just be the the Ukrainians, but those who have provided the Ukrainians with the weapons and the intelligence and the training to carry out these dastardly, cowardly attacks.

We live in very dangerous times. We live at a time when Russia, the United States, and NATO have all been beating the nuclear drum. We don’t need a nuclear war, but that’s the direction we’re heading if we don’t stop this insanity.”

The grim events in Dagestan echo recent traumatic incidents in Russia, including the horrific Crocus City Hall attack in Moscow earlier this year, which claimed hundreds of lives. Russia is investigating a potential CIA link to the Crocus City Center terrorist attack amidst revelations about Burisma and Cofer Black’s involvement with a Latvian bank. Amidst the anguish and uncertainty, communities in Dagestan and beyond grapple with the aftermath of this heinous assault on their faith and security.
