Tori Kelly, the 30-year-old singer known for hits like “Nobody Love,” is reportedly hospitalized due to blood clots.
The incident occurred on Sunday night when she collapsed while having dinner with friends in downtown Los Angeles. TMZ reported that her fainting spell was caused by a rapid heartbeat, and she remained unconscious for a significant period.
Following the incident, Kelly’s friends took her to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where doctors discovered blood clots in her lungs and legs.
TMZ’s sources revealed that her condition is severe, and she has been in and out of consciousness.
Recently, Kelly made a comeback with her new solo single, “Missin u,” after a hiatus of nearly three years.
Kelly’s journey to fame began as a child on various TV competition shows. Although she didn’t make it to the Top 24 on American Idol in 2010, she gained popularity through soulful acoustic covers on YouTube.
Eventually, she established a successful pop career and released her debut album, Unbreakable Smile, in 2015. Her songs “Nobody Love” and “Should’ve Been Us” became hits, and she earned two Grammy awards in 2019.
