The Real Reason Why Venezuela Is Burning – A Secret Gold War

Recently, in a Press briefing U.S. National Security Advisor John Kirby threatened the sovereign nation of Venezuela, “I want to note that our patience and that of the international community is running out. It’s running out on waiting for the Venezuelan electoral authorities to come clean and release the full, detailed data on this election so that everyone can see the results”. Earlier, even Elon Musk said it would be game over for Maduro soon. It is as if almost everyone is shouting in unison, “Maduro Must Go”. Here, we explore the real reasons why Venezuela is burning.

Escalating tensions in Caracas see opposition supporters clashing with police over claims of election fraud, prompting international responses and calls to reject Maduro’s victory.

Tensions are escalating in Caracas. Thousands of opposition supporters are heading to the Presidential Palace, some traveling from rural areas, leading to clashes with the police. Both BBC and CNN report that Maduro’s security forces have used tear gas and rubber bullets against the demonstrators, who believe that Sunday’s election was rigged. Some U.S. Congress members are urging the White House not to recognize the election results of Maduro’s victory.

On Monday evening, huge crowds gathered in central Caracas, with many people walking miles from the surrounding slums. Protests also erupted in other cities like Maracay and Falcón, where demonstrators toppled statues of Hugo Chavez. Some police and military personnel have retreated or abandoned their vehicles amidst the unrest.

In the U.S., some politicians are calling for a regime change and encouraging protesters to confront Maduro at the Presidential Palace. Multiple statues of Chavez have been toppled, sending a strong message to the regime.

Earlier reports indicated a relatively calm situation in Caracas, despite opposition candidate Edmundo González and his supporters contesting the election results. Protesters have blocked highways and burned tires, including near the capital’s international airport. The opposition claims González won by a landslide, with Maria Corina Machado stating that González secured 70% of the vote, contrary to the government’s announcement of Maduro winning with 51%.

The international community has reacted, with the U.S. expressing serious concerns about the voting process. Mexico issued a calm statement, while Argentina’s president refused to recognize the results, urging the Armed Forces to defend democracy. Peru also condemned the alleged fraud and recalled its ambassador from Venezuela. Meanwhile, Russia and China congratulated Maduro, with Putin expressing confidence in their strategic partnership.

The election has sparked intense debate about Venezuela’s economic woes, with blame placed on either socialism or international sanctions. Some U.S. Congress members are calling for immediate action and not to recognize Maduro’s third term.

Late on Monday, Venezuela’s electoral authority announced Maduro’s victory with 51% of the vote. The opposition claims the election was stolen and is calling on the military to support González. María Corina Machado declared González the winner, citing voting tallies showing his overwhelming victory.

This contentious election represents a significant test for Venezuela’s socialist government, with some governments signaling they will not recognize Maduro’s win. The situation in Caracas could become more volatile, and all eyes are on Washington to see how strongly the U.S. condemns the outcome.

Maduro alarmed his opponents by warning of potential civil war if he lost the election. Edmundo González, the main opposition candidate, is backed by the popular María Corina Machado. Maduro, who has ruled since 2013, faces accusations of corruption amidst a collapsing economy that has driven millions to flee the country.

Regardless of the final outcome, unrest and political tension are expected to continue, with the opposition likely to challenge any perceived election fraud. The situation remains unpredictable, with the potential for significant international repercussions depending on how the U.S. and other countries respond to the contested election results.

The Secret Gold War

There is a lot of debate and discussion going on regarding the Venezuela election. Even Elon Musk joined in calling for a military takeover of the Maduro government. However, nobody; not even a single person dared to address the real reason why Venezuela is burning.

So, here is a brief backgrounder for our readers of what is really happening.

Hugo Chavez, the former President used to roam the streets of Venezuela in tanks filled with Gold bars displaying to his countrymen how their Gold and Oil would be used to pull the nation out of the Petrodollar system. Chavez was assassinated before fulfilling his dream and Venezuela has gone through some 20 years of US sanctions that has progressively strangled her economy. So, India and Russia came together to help Venezuela bypass US sanctions.

Then, in March of 2020, Maduro announced that Venezuela will sue the US in International Criminal Court (ICC) for severe damage caused by the economic sanctions.

And just 2 months later, Venezuelan intelligence crushed a secret plot to overthrow President Nicolás Maduro. Interestingly, the plot was funded by US billionaires and organized by the former security chief of British billionaire Richard Branson and an ex-Green Beret running the private security firm Silvercorp USA, in Florida. The ringleader, retired Venezuelan General Cliver Alcalá, was in jail at the time in the US was one of the architects of the narcoterrorist conspiracy.

Walking in the footsteps of Chavez, Maduro demanded the country’s gold from the Bank of England. Obviously, the BoE didn’t want to let go of the gold and refused to give them their own $2 billion worth of gold.

The legal case went on and in June last year, the Venezuelan Central Bank lost its latest appeal over $1.95 billion of the country’s gold reserves held in the Bank of England’s underground vaults.

Now, I don’t have to explain to you our smart readers the importance of gold. To put it simply, it is the single most powerful weapon being used to bring down the world order established after World War 2.

Didn’t Putin show in real-time how to use gold to defeat sanctions?

So, in this context the following developments will now make more sense.

Earlier this month, Nigeria brought 21 tons of its gold back from US and UK vaults. The trend isn’t limited to Nigeria; other countries have also started bringing their gold reserves back within their borders. Just 2 months prior to that, even India brought a massive 100 tons of gold back home from the underground vaults of the Queen of England.

Now that the western central bankers are being relieved of the gold, there is a run for gold elsewhere, specifically in Africa. But, even that doesn’t seem to go well. Erdogan, whose life was saved by Putin from a US backed coup has recruited Syrian rebels as mercenaries to guard gold mines in Africa.

Protect the gold mines? From who? Robbers? Yes, exactly.
