Nikoui yelled at Biden but was compliant when US Capitol Police requested him to leave and led him out of the room. It’s unclear if he was aware that Nikoui was going to interrupt Biden’s remarks. Mast posted a picture of himself and Nikoui on Twitter earlier in the day with the caption, “Joe Biden may try to turn the page on Afghanistan after his incompetence cost American lives, but NOT ON MY WATCH.”
