A committee of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will meet this week and most likely vote on Thursday to permanently indemnify Pfizer and Moderna by including their mRNA injections in the child and adolescent vaccination schedules.

By including the shots in the childhood schedule, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will transfer responsibility for vaccine injuries to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), enabling Pfizer and Moderna to finally release an FDA-approved shot without having to worry about facing legal action. Moreover, by mandating these vaccinations for kids who attend public schools, it will be yet another windfall for companies that have already generated hundreds of billions of dollars in income.

Due to the stated “public health emergency,” the federal government invoked the PREP Act in March 2020, providing Pfizer and Moderna with a tort liability shield. The federal government will apparently withdraw this action in early 2023.

Since then, because to this 2005 congressional resolution, the federal government has preserved the companies’ emergency use permission shots.

The CDC has released a draught agenda (pdf below) that details what will be discussed at the sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.

What needs to occur for a vaccine to be released from liability has been made clear by the Health Resources & Services Administration:

For a vaccine to be covered, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) must recommend the category of vaccine for routine administration to children or pregnant women, and it must be subject to an excise tax by federal law.

Legal experts believe the procedure is in place to shield Pfizer and Moderna from legal obligation for vaccine injuries. The Dossier has extensively covered the coordinated attempt by Big Pharma and the Biden Administration to delay the deployment of an FDA-approved COVID vaccine. Read Shell Game? to get up to speed on the specifics of the EUA vs. FDA authorised scenario. In the United States, there is still no COVID vaccination that has received FDA approval, and Ghost Shot: Pfizer quietly concedes that it will never produce COVID vaccines that have received initial FDA approval.
