Netflix is searching for a flight attendant to join its elite team and is offering a salary of over 250,000 dollars to the suitable applicant.

The streaming company is seeking a lead flight attendant for one of its luxury private jets, located near their headquarters in San Jose, California.

The selected candidate will be in charge of maintaining the stockroom in addition to typical duties such as conducting pre-flight inspections and safety briefings, according to the job listing.

The selected candidate will be expected to fly on a Gulfstream G550 jet as and when required.

Applicants must embody Netflix’s culture and be able to “operate with little direction and a lot of self-motivation,” according to the streamer, who also notes that candidates will be expected to “demonstrate a professional representation of Netflix Aviation at all times while performing the duties of the position.”

According to Netflix Aviation, applicants must be able to assist with “confidential air transportation” and exercise “discretion” while working.

Although Netflix has not provided a precise salary range for the post, it does state that the general market range for jobs identical to it is between $60,000 and $385,000. The corporation states that “a wide range of compensation factors,” including abilities and experience, will determine the ultimate compensation figure.

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds at once is required for the position, along with “flexibility to work a varied work schedule including domestic and international travel, often requiring weekend and holiday work days and extended travel periods.”
