The man at the center of this scandal is Baltasar Ebang Engonga, who works as the director of the National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF). In the videos, Engonga is seen having sexual relations with various women, including the wives of high-ranking officials, right in his office at the Ministry of Finance.
The videos, which have quickly spread on social media, have shocked the nation and caused public outrage. The leaked footage shows Engonga, who is married with children, engaging in these acts in his official office, a place that is supposed to be for government business.
