An anti-voter fraud organization has alerted government authorities after it found a suspicious link between a Nevada state government website and a Pakistani company that is linked to Pakistan’s ISI.

The organization, True the Vote, alerted state and federal authorities after it requested a Nevada voter registration list through the Nevada secretary of state’s website, and received an email back with a downloadable voter file. That email arrived with an employee of Pakistani company Kavtech carbon copied.

True the Vote President Catherine Engelbrecht wrote Thursday in a letter to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers that when the email arrived, “I was shocked to see the inclusion of another email address in the CC line.”

“The address was [email protected]. Waqas Butt is the CEO of Kavtech Solutions Ltd.. Kavtech is a Pakistani owned company, located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, with ties to Pakistani intelligence, military, and the interior,” she wrote.

“The fact that this company was cc’ed on an email containing access to the Nevada voter registration database appears to be evidence of a breach within the Nevada Secretary of State’s email system,” Engelbrecht wrote to Demers.

Obviously, the problems that such a breach may evidence include access to at least the voter registration information of Nevada residents. At worst it could reveal a breach that gives a foreign power access to not only the State of Nevada’s systems, but also to the email systems of anyone whom the State communicates with via email.

Engelbrecht also included in her letter to Demers a copy of the email True the Vote received from the Nevada secretary of state’s office with the link to the downloadable voter registration list with [email protected] cc’ed.

The security breach flies in the face of election security officials who claim that the elections were the most secure in history.

According to Col. Phil Waldron,

One of the things they (Kavtech) advertise is natural language processing and sentiment analysis, which for those of us who have run strategic deception operations – those are tools to gauge sentiments and understanding of a target audience.

So, if I was trying to influence operations in Nevada as far as elections, I would really want to know what the voter sentiment in Nevada was, with that specific target audience coming back to psychological operations you are trying to create either an action or inaction in a specific target audience and those would be the type of tools that you would need to specifically electronically target (an election)…

Recently, hackers managed to hide malicious code in a software update for a tool called SolarWinds Orion. The espionage attack targeted American Treasury and Commerce departments.

It was revealed that the hacked Orion platform software by SolarWinds was used by controversial firm Dominion Voting Systems accused of flipping votes during the 2020 US Elections.

ers, whether foreign or domestic, might tamper with the mechanics of the voting system.

However, GreatGameIndia has found that the vendors and not hackers maybe behind the rigging. One of the vendors, a Denver-based Canadian Crown Agent company Dominion Voting Systems has a long history of allegation of election rigging and interference in elections of various nations, including census data theft in India and interference in US Elections of 2020.

Witnesses have come forward to say that Dominion products were connected to the Internet during the Nov. 3 election, raising concerns about security.

According to the witness affidavit of a high ranking military officer the Smartmatic software also used in Dominion Voting machines were specifically designed in a way that the system could change the vote of each voter without being detected in order to steal US Elections.

The Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes voter fraud is taking place in states still counting ballots and that the 2020 US Presidential Elections is illegitimate.
