A former employee of Kanye West, now known as Ye, has filed a lawsuit accusing the famous rapper and fashion designer of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party. The event, which Ye co-hosted with fellow music mogul Sean “P Diddy” Combs, has now become the focus of shocking legal action. The lawsuit, obtained by the New York Post, reveals troubling details of what allegedly happened that night.

This new lawsuit comes at a time when P Diddy is already at the center of a major Hollywood sex scandal. The 54-year-old Grammy-winning artist has been accused of a staggering 120 sexual misconduct allegations, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and some cases involving minors. These charges reportedly date back to the 1990s, and now, Ye is caught in the storm as well.
Lauren Pisciotta, who worked as Ye’s personal assistant from 2021 to 2022, has made these fresh accusations in court. But this isn’t the first time Pisciotta has spoken out. In June, she filed a lawsuit against Ye for wrongful termination, stalking, and repeated sexual harassment. This latest lawsuit, filed on October 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court, adds even more disturbing details to her story.
According to Pisciotta, the party where the alleged assault took place was held years earlier at a Santa Monica recording studio. She was invited by a female musician she was working with at the time. The party was co-hosted by P Diddy, Ye, and this unnamed female artist. Pisciotta claims that during the party, Ye told the guests they had to drink or leave the event. After taking just a few sips, she says she began to feel strangely disoriented and her mind became foggy.
She can’t remember what happened for the rest of the night, but the next day she felt a deep sense of shame and embarrassment. Her musician client, who was also at the party, was so disturbed by the events that she couldn’t even talk about them. Pisciotta says she didn’t know if she had been sexually assaulted, but was more worried about whether she had embarrassed herself in front of Ye and her client.
However, before Ye fired her, he allegedly confessed something shocking: he admitted they had “hooked up” after she had been drugged that night.
This revelation came in an unsettling conversation where Pisciotta offered to send a message to Kim Kardashian, Ye’s ex-wife, to clear up rumors. Pisciotta says that Ye’s ex had made a negative comment about her, thinking that she had cheated with him. But it was during this talk that Ye dropped the bombshell, admitting they had been intimate after she had been drugged.
The lawsuit against Ye is an updated version of her earlier claims of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Pisciotta’s initial lawsuit mentioned that Ye sent her inappropriate texts, shared his sexual fantasies with her, and even sent her explicit photos and videos of himself with other women.
As this new chapter in the legal battle unfolds, both Ye and P Diddy now face explosive and damaging accusations that could shake their careers and reputations to the core.
