In northern Gaza, something terrible is happening. After two wars, I thought I had seen the worst, but the current situation is unimaginable. Israel is attacking the population openly, and it feels like the world is looking away while this horror unfolds.

For weeks, Israel has surrounded northern Gaza, stopping most humanitarian aid from reaching the people. About 400,000 civilians are starving and facing the threat of complete starvation. The Israeli parliament has even voted to ban UNRWA, the United Nations agency that provides crucial aid to many Palestinians, leaving them with no lifeline.
Israel is not just blocking food and water; they have also targeted water stations and wells, making it impossible for people to access clean water. To make matters worse, they have cut off communications, isolating the population from the outside world.
All communications and networks in the northern Gaza Strip have been cut off due to a brutal military operation that the occupation is conducting on the Jabalia camp from all directions. In the past two weeks, Israeli occupation forces have killed 450 people in northern…

The numbers are shocking. According to reports, 500 Palestinians have already been killed in northern Gaza in just two weeks. Many more are injured, and some are still missing, either trapped under rubble or lost in the chaos. Hospitals, which should be safe havens, are under attack. Israeli forces have surrounded hospitals, fired artillery at them, and cut off their electricity, making it impossible for the injured to receive care.

Israel has rigged residential zones from the Al-Tawam area to the Al-Faluja area with explosives. The Israeli occupation forces are setting explosive barrels at night and detonating them during the day , resulting in devastating…
The situation for medics and rescuers is dire. Just recently, a Palestinian cameraman, Fadi al-Wahidi, was shot in the neck by an Israeli drone while he was doing his job, leaving him paralyzed. Other journalists have faced similar dangers, but many media outlets are silent about their plight.
The horror doesn’t stop there. Israel has been using robots armed with explosives and has even set traps to detonate remotely. Imagine living in a place where you can’t even step outside without risking your life. A friend of mine shared a terrifying audio message at 4 a.m., saying Israeli tanks were right outside his home. He felt he had no choice but to stay inside rather than face the danger of leaving for food.

Reports from the ground reveal the grim reality: thousands of civilians are being bombarded, and bodies are scattered everywhere. The Israeli army is not just attacking military targets; they are bombarding civilians, including those who are displaced and seeking shelter.
What is happening in Jabalia is a forced displacement under the threat of weapons, documented live by Israeli drone cameras.

This is the second displacement of the camp’s residents, most of whom have been refugees since the Nakba of 1948.

While this unfolds, US leaders have made empty promises to hold Israel accountable for its actions, but history shows they will not take real action to stop the violence. The U.S. government has always supported Israel, and these vague threats are unlikely to lead to any meaningful change. It seems that Israel is determined to carry out a plan to control Gaza completely, which could lead to more bloodshed in the already devastated area.
When the paramedics brought the wounded to Kamal Adwan Hospital in north Gaza , Israeli occupation forces began heavy shelling around the hospital and then targeted the hospital's water tanks and electricity network.

Meaningless.

Giving Israel another month to hopefully, maybe, allow north Gaza's besieged, starving Palestinians access to food (or else maybe legal action!) is just a green light for Israel to ethnically cleanse them as quickly as possible. pic.twitter.com/dGt9srQEIX
Every day brings new updates from northern Gaza, and it’s heartbreaking to see the suffering of the people. Journalists bravely continue to report on the situation, despite the risks to their lives. As the world watches, the crisis continues, leaving us to wonder: when will the suffering end?
