BlackRock announced on Sunday that it has taken the commercial—which includes footage shot in an economics teacher's classroom at Bethel Park High School—out of distribution. During the 30-second commercial, Thomas Matthew Crooks, the gunman, makes two appearances on screen. In 2022, he was a senior at the school. He is shown speaking silently while seated at a desk in a classroom and donning a hooded sweatshirt of a dark hue.
