How French Military Officers Secretly Planned Kursk Attack

A French war correspondent, Christel Nehan, has dropped a bombshell: French military officers, possibly working as “mercenaries,” helped plan a major attack in Russia’s Kursk region. Despite France’s official stance that it’s not directly involved in the war between Russia and Ukraine, evidence is emerging that shows a different story.

How French Military Officers Secretly Planned Kursk Attack 1

Christel Nehan, who has been covering the conflict in Donbass, spoke to Russian media, revealing that some former French military officers had a significant hand in organizing the attack. One officer, Franck Michel Mickael Corte, a former member of France’s parachute regiment, is now serving in the Ukrainian Foreign Legion. He wasn’t just any participant—he helped plan the strike on Russia’s Kursk region.

Nehan explained that Ukraine’s tactics in this area mirror NATO’s strategies, suggesting that many of the former NATO officers in Ukraine are doing more than just training soldiers; they are involved in battle planning and strategic operations. This revelation implies that despite France’s denials, the country is, in fact, deeply embedded in the war on the Ukrainian side. France seems to be avoiding direct blame by calling its military specialists in Ukraine “mercenaries,” but they are still playing key roles in the conflict.

This isn’t an isolated incident. In addition to Corte, three other French citizens—Jean Baptiste Besson, Sydney Ballester, and Jonathan Bouderlique—have been identified as being involved in sabotage operations in Russia’s Kursk region and in alleged war crimes in Ukraine’s Kharkov region. These men have been accused of mercenary activities by Russia and are being pursued under Russian law.

NATO’s fingerprints are all over Ukraine’s military actions, especially in regions like Kursk. Russian officials, including Major General Apty Alaudinov, have confirmed that NATO military units, or at least former soldiers from NATO countries, have played significant roles in recent attacks.

This news sheds light on a shadowy side of the ongoing war. While nations like France publicly distance themselves from the conflict, it seems their former soldiers are heavily involved in planning and executing operations on the ground. It raises bigger questions: Is France, along with other NATO countries, more involved in this war than they are letting on? And how long can they keep up the appearance of being neutral parties while their former officers fight on the front lines?

France’s involvement may be more significant than anyone realized, suggesting a much deeper and covert role in the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
