Earlier this year, a viral TikTok video showed an illegal immigrant, Leonel Moreno, revealing how migrants could exploit progressive squatter laws to take over empty homes in the U.S. Since his arrest by ICE in March, it has been uncovered that Moreno was a Venezuelan military intelligence sergeant before entering the U.S. illegally through Texas. Despite being flagged by U.S. authorities, Moreno evaded proper vetting and check-ins, raising serious concerns about national security and the effectiveness of current border controls. This incident has sparked fears about other potential threats from unvetted individuals crossing the southern border.
When news broke earlier this year that one illegal alien was using TikTok to teach other migrants how to “invade” vacant homes throughout America and take advantage of progressive squatter laws, millions of Americans were outraged.

Fortunately, in March, agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained the undocumented individual known as “Leonel Moreno.”
The bad news is that, since Moreno’s arrest, US intelligence officials have discovered that, before his incursion over the US southern border, the illegal alien held the rank of sergeant in Venezuela’s military intelligence unit, as reported by the New York Post, which cites a Homeland Security source.
On April 23, 2022, Moreno is thought to have entered the US illegally through Eagle Pass, Texas, and was allowed to stay without the required documentation. He purposefully avoided ICE check-ins.

The problem with Moreno is that there are still a lot of people who are just like him roaming the country unchecked and unaccountable due to the inept federal government under the Biden administration’s supervision. Former President Trump, Elon Musk, and many others have warned that Biden’s disastrous open southern border policies are flooding the country with males of military age. They have consistently highlighted this concern.
