As a result of the FBI confiscating a document containing "info" on the French president during the Mar-a-Lago raid, officials in both countries are looking for explanations. Is the FBI hunting for intelligence with Trump on Macron's sex life?
According to sources speaking to the Washington Times, a top FBI special agent named Timothy Thibault has resigned amid claims that he shielded Hunter Biden from a probe by allegedly trying to kill off a valid avenue of investigation of possible Hunter Biden criminality until at least one month before the November 2020 election.
It is believed that the FBI has had the Hunter Biden laptop since late 2019, more than a year before the election, which Hunter Biden left at a computer repair shop. Yet, the FBI brass stopped agents from probing Hunter Biden’s laptop, according to whistleblowers.
Former president Trump has stated that officials visited his residence in early June—about two months prior to the actual raid—and seemed to accept the installation of another lock. Additionally, the FBI Mar-a-Lago warrant had ‘no legal basis,’ according to constitutional lawyers.
Republican legislators had voiced outrage previously, alleging Wall's letter demonstrated the White House's deception in claiming Biden was uninformed of the raid. Now, memos have been leaked which point towards Biden's White House office being heavily involved in the Trump raid.
After the raid, the Department of Justice and FBI have been relatively silent about the reason behind the search of Mar-a-Lago or the subject of their inquiry. However, Eric Trump has come out saying that the FBI raid surveillance tape will be released at the right time.
The anti-Trump federal judge who issued the search warrant was persuaded for some reason, and Republicans are demanding more details on this. Now it would seem that the DOJ is opposed to the release of the underlying affidavit for FBI Mar-A-Lago raid.
The FBI has raided Trump’s Mar-A-Lago residence. In light of the fact that Trump has been setting the framework for a potential second presidential run, the action represents a substantial increase in law enforcement surveillance on him.
A U.S. Senate report released in 1976 tells of the FBI's forgotten history of covert propaganda and political interference and how they are allowed to covertly commit otherwise illegal activity.
Political language manipulates political debate. Abortion opponents who define themselves as "pro-life" semantically render abortion proponents as "pro-death." Abortion supporters who define themselves as "pro-choice" semantically render any opposition as "anti-choice." Who wants to be "pro-death" or "anti-choice," after all? Such is the nature of politics. Words are weapons: when wielded deftly, they shape the battlespace for our minds.
