In recent weeks, President Joe Biden, 81, has experienced freezing episodes at events like the Los Angeles fundraiser with Obama and the G7 in Italy, raising Parkinson’s disease concerns among experts.

The advancing years of President Joe Biden are a significant grievance ahead of the next election. Concerns are further increased by the 81-year-old’s recent string of embarrassing public missteps.
Concern regarding Biden’s string of strange “freezing” occurrences over the past week has been expressed by specialists as well as voters.
The president most recently seemed to freeze on stage during a Los Angeles event, both his face and body. Following his address, Biden remained motionless and gazed over the assembly for a few moments.
However, a White House spokesman denied the allegations of a frozen response, calling them “fakes” and “lies,” and clarified that his response was limited to “taking in an applauding crowd for a few seconds.”
Less than a week has passed since the president appeared to freeze during a gospel artist Kirk Franklin concert at the White House in observance of Juneteenth.
Vice President Kamala Harris was dancing next to him while he was spotted staring blankly ahead. He appeared to slur his words in a speech during the ceremony as well.
A few days before the events in Los Angeles, the president was captured on camera straying from other world leaders during the G7 conference in Italy, observing a display of skydiving, and giving the thumbs up in the opposite direction.
Then, Biden was escorted back to the gathering by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
Biden focused on the footage, but the president’s team claimed it did not demonstrate that other protesters were soaring over the leaders in a different direction.
The White House has consistently brushed off criticism, arguing that Biden is in excellent physical and mental health and will be able to serve another term until 2028, when he will turn 86.
His yearly physical results were disclosed in February, indicating that there were ‘no new concerns’ regarding his health.
The president is listed in the study as having several medical issues, including arthritis, sleep apnea, acid reflux, irregular heartbeat, high cholesterol, seasonal allergies, and nerve damage in his feet.
It also included a list of the drugs he is taking to treat those ailments, including a blood thinner with the adverse effect of disorientation.
However, experts now believe that his freezing might be a symptom of a more serious illness.
“Frozen, masked faces, diminished arm swing, less frequent blinking, [are] likely due to a central neurological disorder like Parkinson’s,” stated a physician practicing in Los Angeles.

Trump-supporting plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian continued in a tweet, saying, “If this was just a normal, elderly person, I would not post about it. However, the perceived weakness in our commander-in-chief is a national security threat. It affects us all.
“Right now, we need a leader who exudes power and strength… We need to bring back excellence, merit, and love for America. We need to reign in all this craziness.”
Dr. Ziad Nasreddine, a neurologist who developed the gold standard cognitive test, made comments about neurodegenerative disorders in general rather than the president’s condition specifically. He previously stated that slurred speech is a symptom of Parkinson’s disease, which alters levels of brain hormones involved in movement.
After Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease is the second most prevalent neurological illness in older persons.
Despite rumors to the contrary, neither Biden nor any member of his team has ever claimed or acknowledged that he has Parkinson’s disease.
Each year, the illness is identified in over 90,000 Americans, the majority of whom are males over 60.
Parkinson’s disease is commonly associated with tremors, although other symptoms include rigidity, difficulty moving the face and limbs, slurred speech, and other difficulties.
Additionally, it has been linked to cognitive impairment, which can impact mood, focus, and memory.
The disease’s symptoms deteriorate with time, and there is no treatment. Although the illness does not always have a deadly outcome, individuals may pass away from its complications, which include urinary tract infections, falls, heart attacks, pneumonia, and choking.
Parkinson’s disease may be brought on by exposure to toxins or by rare genetic abnormalities, however, the exact etiology of the disease is still unknown.

Parkinson’s disease can cause thinking and cognitive issues, depression, anxiety, and other side effects in addition to its physical ones.
Recently, Biden has been observed making references to late public figures and politicians and mixing up the names of foreign leaders.
Biden misidentified a global leader in February, mistaking Egypt’s Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for Andrés Manuel López Obrador, the president of Mexico.
In a different press conference that same month, Obama also seemed to forget the name of the terrorist group Hamas.
Biden also had another faux pas two days earlier when he called French President Emmanuel Macron Francois Mitterrand, the nation’s late leader who passed away 28 years ago.
Additionally, he confused former German Chancellor Angela Merkel with the late Helmut Kohl.
Confusing names and dates, according to Dr. Nasreddine, is “concerning in terms of that’s not supposed to happen with normal aging.”
“It could happen… occasionally we make a mistake. But if it’s happening very often, I think it does raise concern.”
Because of his blunders, Biden’s doctors have asked him to complete a cognitive test and release the findings.
New York City internal medicine physician Dr. Stuart Fischer previously stated: “We are long overdue for this type of investigation. No one likes to admit or recognize the passage of time, whether it is me or the president of the United States, but in certain cases, you have to.
“[Biden] is a public servant, an elected official… and does have some responsibility to the people who voted for him.”
The primary topic of discussion surrounding the presidential race is Joe Biden’s age, but former President Donald Trump, the presumed Republican contender, has also drawn criticism for what some claim to be age-related gaffes.
Trump, who is 77 years old, has a history of high-profile verbal gaffes, which his fans claim are a product of his spontaneous public speaking style.
Experts now assert that there are significant, albeit subtle, variations in Trump and Biden’s accidents that may have significant effects on their health.
Geriatrician and dementia specialist Dr. Elizabeth Landsverk previously stated that Biden’s errors of judgment are usually brief and serious, such as falling down stairs or forgetting things. She says it’s only an indication of his very senior years that he usually learns from his mistakes, no matter how embarrassing.
Though he appears more physically fit than Biden, Trump frequently makes the same mistakes—rambling on for a long time without correcting himself—which may indicate underlying brain issues, as multiple experts previously informed this website.
Furthermore, a number of the specialists contacted claimed that the fact that Trump’s father had dementia added to their worries because a hereditary family history increases the likelihood of developing the illness.
Recently, GreatGameIndia reported on Joe Biden’s repeated mistake, claiming that former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl accompanied him on his first international tour as U.S. President, despite Kohl’s death in 2017, highlighting a concerning deterioration in Biden’s memory of recent events.
