Max Boot’s wife, Sue Mi Terry, a former CIA analyst and senior foreign policy expert, has been indicted for spying for South Korea. According to the charges, Terry traded sensitive U.S. intelligence and influence over American policies in exchange for luxury gifts like designer coats and high-end dinners. The indictment details how Terry used her insider access to benefit South Korean interests, including leaking confidential information about North Korea. The scandal also involves extravagant bribery and a secretive network of South Korean spies, casting a shadow over Boot’s public reputation and his role in controversial political discussions.
According to a new indictment released on Wednesday, Max Boot, a big supporter of “forever wars” who used the Washington Post to finance conspiracy theories linking Trump and Russia, is married to a South Korean spy who was once employed by the CIA and is a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (now on “administrative leave”).
According to the indictment, Boot’s wife, Sue Mi Terry, 54, a Manhattan resident and native of Seoul, traded access to high-ranking US officials for upscale products and “high-end sushi dinners” by using her expertise in foreign policy.
It is said that Terry started spying for South Korea in October 2013, which was three years before Boot labeling Donald Trump a Russian asset and five years after she departed the CIA.
In return for “money and luxury gifts,” Terry is alleged to have “disclosed sensitive US government information to South Korean intelligence and used her position to influence US policy in favor of South Korea” over ten years, according to a statement from FBI Acting Assistant Director in Charge Christie M. Curtis.
According to the Post, Terry had several jobs in the US government from 2001 to 2011, including director of the White House National Security Council’s Korea, Japan, and Oceanic Affairs and analyst for the CIA.
In November 2019, Terry, a South Korean spy, allegedly purchased a Dolce & Gabbana coat from a Chevy Chase, Maryland boutique. A few days later, Terry returned the garment for a $4,100 Christian Dior coat.
Additionally, the spies gave over $37,000 to a public policy program on Korean affairs directed by Terry, who never registered with the DOJ as a foreign agent despite the FBI’s 2014 warning that she might be the target of illicit foreign influence.
According to the indictment, in the meanwhile, she was providing intelligence to her South Korean handler:
For instance, Terry delivered handwritten notes about a private North Korea-related June 2022 meeting with the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, to her South Korean intelligence handler who picked her up in a car minutes later, according to the indictment unsealed Tuesday.
Weeks after that, Terry hosted a happy hour – at her handlers’ behest – where she allowed the South Korean spy to mingle with congressional staffers while posing as a diplomat, the filing charges.

The indictment also describes Terry’s “visibly nervous” state during a voluntary interview with federal agents. Initially asserting she was unaware of her South Korean handler’s name, Terry later acknowledged meeting with him.
Terry made her initial appearance in Manhattan federal court on Tuesday and posted a $500,000 bond. If found guilty, she may spend up to five years in jail. Terry was released following this.
Additionally, Boot and Terry collaborated to print propaganda from South Korea in the Washington Post.
Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), who supposedly beat up a Chinese agent, was another supporter of Boot.
Incredible…
Recently, GreatGameInternational reported that a new study reveals Cuba has expanded its electronic surveillance capabilities with four upgraded facilities, including one near Guantanamo Bay, sparking concerns about China’s espionage activities near U.S. shores.

I feel the same. These people are relentless in their evil deeds.
However, how these CIA-related billionaires can be indicted and prosecuted remains to be seen. I guess there’s no escaping this:
