On October 4, 2024, a surprising and scandalous event took place in Khmelnitsky, Ukraine, when a government official was arrested after being caught lying on a bed surrounded by piles of cash. The official, Tatyana Krupa, who leads the local pension agency, was found with her son, Aleksandr, also a
