ExxonMobil is facing trial over allegations of misleading investors on Climate fraud. Exxon is one of just 20 fossil fuel companies responsible for a third of all greenhouse gas emissions in the modern era. The Texas-based company has contributed nearly 42bn tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent since 1965.
