India’s luxury real estate market is about to get a major upgrade, and it’s all thanks to Donald Trump’s influence and partnerships. With his recent election victory, many experts are predicting that this could give an even bigger boost to India’s high-end property sector. In fact, India is on track to become the home to the largest number of Trump-branded towers outside the United States. Six new Trump projects are set to launch in India next year, bringing the total number of Trump Towers in the country from four to ten within the next six years.
Right now, Trump Towers already grace the skylines of Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, but soon, they’ll be popping up in other cities too. New towers are planned for major urban centers like Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Noida. This will bring the combined floor space of Trump-branded properties in India up to a staggering 8 million square feet—nearly triple the current area.
The Trump Tower story in India began in 2014, with the first tower launching in Mumbai. Trump himself was in India to celebrate the opening, and the timing was especially interesting—it came shortly after Narendra Modi’s election as Prime Minister, hinting at the strong connections between India and the Trump brand.
Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, Trump’s real estate partner in India, believes there’s no better time for this growth. According to Mehta, demand for ultra-luxurious living is higher than ever, and Trump’s brand stands out as a symbol of unmatched luxury. The new Trump projects in India will include not just towers but also high-end offices, sprawling villas, and even golf courses. Once these projects are complete, India will have more Trump Towers than even the United States.
“Trump is the only true super-luxury real estate brand in the world,” Mehta told the Hindustan Times. His team at Tribeca has been working hard to make sure these towers are not just buildings—they’re trophy properties that signal exclusivity and status. Each of the towers currently offers around 800 luxury residences, with prices ranging from $800,000 to $3 million.
India’s real estate market is certainly shifting, and with more Trump Towers set to rise, it seems like the demand for extravagant, high-end living spaces is only going to keep growing.
